Very caring staff, my cat had been missing for 3 weeks and someone kindly dropped her into Eaton Pet Vet. They scanned her chipped, gave us a call kept her overnight and even gave her the once over. Can't thank Eaton Pet Vet staff enough for taking the time to care. Definitely recommend!!

My girl likes to become extremely unwell on weekends and late evenings.The Vet was awesome, got us straight in, no mucking about, she ended up having major surgery.The follow up was excellent once she was sent home, and when we were worried she was becoming unwell again, they got us in and listened to what our concerns were, not making us feel daft.Highly recommended, they were just brilliant.

Russell at Eaton Pet Vet was great for 1am emergency call. Sadly due to likely snake bite, paralysis and unresponsiveness on assessment, we had to say goodbye to our loved cat. He attended with great care and empathy, explaining and giving us options, then allowing us the time needed to farewell. Fabulous service, very appreciative of his care and after hours availability. ⭐⭐⭐

Vet lady very good but yeah told them 3 times not to do a procedure to my dog and even told the lady first thing in the morning when dropping off dog not to do as it was a part of my dog..... Then when i ring to see if she is ready they have cut it off and yeah wasnt to happy. Vet lady very good but yeah girls need to communicate more. 3 times asking to not have it done adhered to was pretty dissapointing.

What a great bunch of humans! I have used another vet for 9 years, however after bringing our girl in and receiving caring advice, we will only use these guys from now on. Also very easy on the pocket too.

Very helpful, friendly, positive to me and kind to my dog when he needed assistance with an eye infection and my cat needed his vaccination. Happy to attend this practice in the future.
