We cannot thank Dr Neal Loh enough! In Oct my beautiful 9 year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with a massive thymoma mass and we were told she had 2-4 weeks to live. Long story short. Found a terrific surgeon willing to operate on her, but in the meantime awaiting surgery, I felt stressed and helpless, she was deteriorating each day. I did some googling and Facebook searching and I had found Dr Loh come highly recommended, so I got in contact with Dr Loh and within 2 days we had an appointment with him. He said whilst there is nothing he can do for her thymoma at this stage, he could prepare her body for the very major surgery she is about to go through. He asked me if I had been made aware of all the risks and the possible outcome of surgery not going our way.He gave us a specialised diet and some supplements. Our GS absolutely loved and devoured all her food and supplements and each day she began to look better. Dr Loh could tell so much from our GS from looking at her and pointed out so many things that no other vet ever has.Fast-forward to where we are today – Surgery was a huge success – we did have our scary moments where we weren’t sure she would come back or even lose a limb, but her recovery has been nothing short of amazing. Dr Neal Loh deserves to share some of the credit of this outcome as he prepared her nutritionally for surgery. We hadn’t seen her look this good for months. She was almost like a puppy again. She was full of energy the morning of her surgery. Without Dr Loh’s help I don’t believe she would have survived the surgery or make such a successful recovery. Sadly not all of the mass was not able to be removed (but on a great note they got over 99% of it and it is a slow growing mass) so now we are keeping her on her diet which she loves and had a change in supplements so hopefully we will get to enjoy our girl for much much longer. Thank you Dr Loh! You are amazing!

Neal is exceptional. I credit him with keeping my girl alive and healthy when normal veterinary practices thought she had little time left. He's just the nicest human being to boot.

Dr Neil has a natural gift with animals. He treated Poop Dog towards the last of her 20 years. I will keep on recommending him to help senior pets out their ailments that can be treated, and without invasive surgery.

Dr Neal is wonderful. Would encourage any pet owner to utilize his service to support the health and vitality of their fur baby. We've changed our dogs diet based on his recommendations. Wish we'd done it years ago.

I highly recommend Dr Neal. My dog suffered with skin allergies and I wanted an alternate solution to medication. Dr Neal was able to offer a holistic approach through diet changes and herbs. It made a huge difference and my dog is so much healthier and happier.

We saw Dr Neal for my puppy who was 5 months old with painful hip dysplasia and terrible digestion issues. Thanks to his advice and herbs our boy Chewy has grown up to be a strong, playful & very healthy dog. We thought this was impossible for his future given how bad he was at such a young age.
