Dr Ann has helped us send 2 of our beloved animals on ahead of us. Absolutely recommend her, 10 stars out of 5. We still grieve of course, but knowing our pets will not experience a moment of worry and will peacefully slip away at home makes a huge difference. Dr Ann's compassion and experience are unrivalled. It is like having a friend come to your home and help you in a time of great need.

We would like to thank Dr Ann. It’s been a few weeks since we farewelled our little Sula in the comfort and warmth of our home. Sula had no idea what was about to happen and was so relaxed.The process from start to finish with Dr Ann was so full of love and kindness, she has a heart of gold and made a difficult situation full of love and strength.Thank you for being so kind and gentle with both Sula and us

Dr Ann made the worst moment of my life somewhat bearable and provided comfort to me and my darling boy Scottie as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend her services. Thank you for providing such a loving and dignified passing to Scottie, I miss him so much still.

Dr Ann was absolutely amazing....with having to make such a hard decision to send our fur baby Misty to sleep in the first place, Dr Ann's peaceful, caring and calm nature made it somewhat easier to bear. Everything was explained carefully so we could understand the process. Her caring nature and the love shown to Misty was beautiful and whilst it was so hard for us, at no point did we see Misty suffer in any way, she just had her own smorgasbord of food to eat before hand and then went to sleep. We can't thank Dr Ann enough for caring so much for our fur baby.

Hi Dr Ann.I can't thank you enough for today. My heart is sore, but I do have a sense of peace.You are a real treasure. We both hung on your every word. Spencer does not cope well in emotional situations but he was moved by your pure kindness, care and understanding. He loved that you were there for me as much as for Cleo.Thank you a million times over. I love my daisy plant and I adore that you pledge to SAFE.I wanted you to know that even in my grief I heard every word and appreciated them.Huge hugs Heidi, Spencer and Thor.

There are times in your life when an angel crosses your path. This angel came to me in the form of Dr Ann when I recently had to say goodbye to my 15yr old Jack Russell, Daisy. Dr Ann showed me so much kindness and tenderness at this difficult time. She delivered all the information with so much heart, she was patient with my indecision and when it finally came time, she made all the arrangements on my behalf in terms of after care. I couldn't have envisaged a more beautiful passing for Daisy. Thank you Dr Ann, you are one of life's true diamonds
